If you find a site which you believe will be of particular assistance to your fellow students, you are encouraged to post it on the class listserv, which will be set up during the first week of class.

Exam Memo I is at http://faculty.cua.edu/fischer/Copyright%20Law%20Fall%202006/exammemo1.doc This memo covers topics up to the rights of the copyright owner. A subsequent Exam Memo covering the rest of the topics for which you will be responsible for the exam will be posted on November 29. Please contact me with any questions about this memo. Please note: the exam is on December 12, 2006 at 6:20 p.m. It is open book; you should definitely bring your Casebook and supplement. I also suggest bringing a calculator for duration questions and, of course, a watch to keep track of the time. It is a 3 hour exam; you will get an extra ½ hour to check your work.
