Professor Susanna Frederick Fischer

Welcome to my home page!  I am an Assistant Professor at Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.   I was previously in private practice in both London and New York, specializing in intellectual property law, media law, and cyberlaw.  These subjects remain my main areas of scholarly interest, along with comparative law and constitutional law.
