Welcome to my home page! I am an Assistant Professor at Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. I was previously in private practice in both London and New York, specializing in intellectual property law, media law, and cyberlaw. These subjects remain my main areas of scholarly interest, along with comparative law and constitutional law.

In the Summer of 2009, I co-taught, with Professor Megan LaBelle, one course, International Intellectual Property Law on the 2009 (18th Annual) International Business and Trade Summer Law Program in Cracow, Poland. This program is a joint venture between The Catholic University of America and the Jagiellonian University.
