Andrew Yeo received his PhD from Cornell University in 2008. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Politics at Catholic University of America. His broad research interests focus at the intersection of international relations and comparative politics. His current research project explores the politics of overseas military bases, focusing on the impact of security alliances on social movements and domestic anti-base pressure. His research and teaching interests include international relations theory, international security,  overseas U.S. military presence, transnational politics, Asian security, and North Korea.
